For members of Maine Community Home Alliance and Harbor Point Property Services, and for Maine organizations

We help keep your home from having a claim, and we’re in your corner when it does.

MCIA is the insurance agency for members of Maine Community Home Alliance (a Maine benefit corporation) and Harbor Point Property Services, and for Maine companies, nonprofits, schools and public agencies. We know Maine houses from the crawl space up, we shop the insurance companies we represent for you, and we back every policy with real help to prevent losses.

Why MCHA members choose MCIA

We compete on price and on everything that comes with the policy.

Insurance companies file their rates with the state, so the same policy from the same company won’t cost you less anywhere else. With MCIA, that same price comes with MCIA Prevent, a $50 heating-fuel gift card each year, and an agent who returns every phone call and email within 24 hours (usually less).
